Fuzzy Bellys are Hard to Resist
Hershee is possibly the best cat in the world. After a long day, I come home to see him coaxing me into a belly rub. Always excited to see me and eager to give kisses, it's the best part of my day. His belly is so fuzzy and his fur so soft that I could pet him for hours. While I'm home, Hershee follows me from room to room. If I find that I am alone at my house, all I have to do is call his name and runs to me joyfully with his tail held high.
Cats can hypnotize their humans.
Evolution of the Fuzz
His coloring and coat has changed and evolved over the years. Hershee started as a pure white kitten. Soon after I found him, his nose, ears, tail and feet turned chocolate brown. At one point his baby fur shed and he was a short haired cat during adolescence. Now he is a beautiful seal point ragdoll cat.
Introduction
In May of 2007, while visiting a friend in Dallas, my eye caught a slight glimmer reflecting from the sunlight in a field. I was curious so I walked over to it and found a tiny white kitten. Scooping it up from the grass a name came to me immediately, Hershe. Thinking I had found a girl kitten, I brought her to the vet the next day. My new kitten was only 3 weeks old and she was a he. His name was promptly changed Hershee Fuzznuzz. It was love at first sight for the two of us and we have been inseparable since.
